 You may qualify for up to $3,500 towards replacing your vehicle. The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality offers a program call Drive a Clean Machine which is designed to remove older, more pulluting vehicles from Texas roadways in selected counties with high ground-level ozone. Harris county is on the list.
